went for my sons 11th birthday , they messed up his order , then handed me the bill without asking if we wanted desert , very bad form , never hand a customer the bill until you have checked they are finished , very upset little boy who wanted desert on his birthday .
Newcastle location was very good. Waitress was super! Very good dining experience.
Terrible experience, server didn't tell us one of our meals was unavailabile until the rest were ready. I am 100% confident they microwaved the remaining meals. They essently served the equivalleny of dried out leftover chicken and ribs. Over a hour wait for sub par meal is just shanagaians. But hey at least the guy who was forced to eat food he didn't want got a fresh meal. As for everyone else at the table our meals we're a nonsensicle mess of bad cooking decisions garnished with a serving staff who doesn't give a f***.
My mom and I went to Pizza Delight for a pizza and donair. The restaurant was very clean and nice cushion booths that are super comfortable. I ordered the pinot wine. It was not cheap tasting. It had a great taste so I ordered a second. The food was delicious. Pizza loaded with the works and a donair, both loaded with delicious toppings! Mom ordered strawberry cake. Since I didnt get 1 bite I assume it was good lol. The best part of our dinner was our waitress, Eileen. She was speedy, attentive and a lovely person! Professional service is lacking in restaurants in the area. However, pizza delight service is a cut above the rest. Kudos to Eileen! She's awesome! Thank you for a lovely dinning experience. We will return!
