They dramatically reduced the quality of the experience. They took out stores and put up walls. This was a cool place and they ruined it. There still is some good stores, but only if you're a 13 year old girl with weight insecurities. I don't recommend this place to anybody has something good to spend their money on.
This mall was pretty hurting back in the 90's but now it's worse somehow. There's a Sportcheck, Ardene, Giant Tiger, probably the smallest Tip Top Tailors, a sparsely-stocked Winners, Jungle Jim's and Headmasters - the best damn haircutters in Miramichi. That's about it.
So happy these new stores opened a few years ago. I spend a lot of time in winners and a bit in giant tiger!
They changed the square. To all stores having front opening not walking thru the mall and browsing. Which I really enjoyed. If you were tired you could sit or meet friends. Now it's gone.
This mall is going through changes. They have closes the interior off. It is going to be opem air when it is finished. There is a decent selection of stores with new ones scheduled to open. Pet Smart is next ro open. It is a slow change but it is coming.
