went to plumbing asked a lady clerk for help .. while waiting for her to come back a male clerk asked to help .. wow what great service .. very happy with service advice and product .. tks

Placed order on-line. Received confirmation of order. Drove from 140 km away and when I got there was told half the order was canceled. Waited at customer service pick-up desk for over 20 minutes for clarification. Cashier at the service desk was very helpful and tried to resolve the issue with clerk responsible for on-line pick-ups. He was not very friendly nor did he want to resolve the issue. ..
Service at the cash was I bit on the slow side but found everything I was looking for. Stopped in because I got a flat tire on my motorcycle for everything to make it back home safely
