Sobeys Newcastle is good for a quick grocery shop but I found the temperature inside to be a little cold and the options for products were very low. I'd suggest it for a quick stop to buy eggs milk or bread, etc. But if you need a substantial amount of groceries you should go to the Atlantic Superstore in Newcastle, or the Sobeys in Douglastown.

You will always find stuff that you can't find anywhere else at this location. Love it.
Good service friendly staff but way over priced, Wal-mart or Super Atlantic would be a better choice for price
